Important Notice

Delivery, pickup, setup, and teardown are included only with our event packages. If customers wish to rent any of these items individually, all of these services will have an additional cost.

For package rentals, these services are offered free of charge within a 10-mile radius of our facility. For locations beyond 10 miles, delivery and pickup will have an additional fee of $2 per mile, calculated from our facility to the customer’s location, excluding the first 10 miles.

For example, if the customer is located 15 miles away, the first 10 miles are free, and the fee would only apply to the extra 5 miles — at $2 per mile — for both delivery and pickup.

Setup and teardown will always be included with these packages as long as transportation is provided by us. If the customer chooses to pick up the equipment themselves, setup and teardown will not be included.
