Migoria L.L.C. values and respects the privacy of its clients and their guests. This policy explains how photographs and data are collected, used, and protected during Migoria’s services, including the use of the Migoria Photo Wall, the shared digital album system, and the Costumer Gallery on our website.

2) Consent for Photography and Image Use

By booking our services and allowing the use of the Migoria Photo Wall, you agree that:
– Guests may freely take photos and videos in the designated area.
– These images may be shared in a private digital album, accessible only via a link or QR code provided by Migoria L.L.C.
– The event host will have full access to all images and the ability to download them.
– Migoria L.L.C. will not publish any photos without prior authorization from the event host and/or the person featured in the photo.

3) Ownership of Images

– All photos taken by guests remain the property of the individuals who captured them.
– Migoria L.L.C. does not claim copyright over these images and only acts as a technological facilitator for shared storage.

4) Limited Use by Migoria

– Migoria L.L.C. may only use event images for promotional purposes (social media posts, website, Client Gallery, or advertising materials) with prior authorization from the client/host.
– Without authorization, Migoria L.L.C. will not use any photos for commercial purposes.

5) Costumer Galery

– Migoria L.L.C. will have a dedicated section on its website called “Costumer Gallery”, intended solely to showcase real event photos from our clients.
– Only images previously authorized by the client/host will be published, either voluntarily submitted to Migoria L.L.C. or mutually selected from the event album.
– The sole purpose of this gallery is to promote and display Migoria’s services, with no additional commercial exploitation.

6) Data Protection and Privacy

– The digital album link or QR code will be private and shared only with the event host and invited guests who receive it.
– Migoria L.L.C. is not responsible for any third-party use of images once they are downloaded or shared outside the provided platform.
– No sensitive personal information is collected, other than what is strictly necessary to enable access to the album.

7) Photo Editing Policy

Migoria L.L.C. does not alter or manipulate photos in a way that changes or distorts the original content.
• Any editing done by Migoria L.L.C. will be limited to basic adjustments, such as color correction, brightness, or sharpness, solely to maintain professional presentation and image clarity on our website or promotional materials.

8) Liability Disclaimer

– Migoria L.L.C. is not responsible for the content of photos taken by guests or for how they may be distributed outside of Migoria’s provided platform.
– Participation in the Migoria Photo Wall is voluntary, and by taking photos in this area, guests agree to be part of the event’s shared album.

9) Acceptance of This Policy

By booking any Migoria service that includes the Migoria Photo Wall and by submitting images for publication in the Costumer Gallery, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy and Image Use Authorization.
• This acceptance may be provided digitally, either when making payment through our website or via a digital contract sent by Migoria L.L.C. for bookings paid outside the online platform.
• The client, as the event host, is responsible for informing guests about the presence of the Migoria Photo Wall, the shared album, and the potential publication of selected images in Migoria’s Costumer Gallery.
